The content of this site, including text, graphics, images and information regarding animal ultrasound is for educational and informational purposes only.
An Ultrasound is a diagnostic aid and is NOT a standalone diagnosis for any conditions or treatment plan.
If any concern arises for your pet, a licensed veterinarian should be contacted. Never disregard or delay veterinary treatment because of something you have read online.
Bookings
By booking a service via telephone or email you agree to the following business policies :-
* Payment and fees - All payment and fees for services are due at the time of booking, upon arrival or before the service commences. We accept cash, BACS or card.
Prices and fees are subject to change but we will always confirm the price with you before your scheduled appointment.
* Cancellation and Rescheduling - We understand that plans can change. However, because we block out specific time slots and handle travel for mobile services, we require at least 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.
Booking cancellations made with less than the 48hrs notice period is subject to a 50% charge for the scheduled service.
No shows where the technician arrives or you do not show up for your booking will be charged the full price of the service.
Animal Preparation
It is the client's responsibility to follow pre scan preparations including the pet having a full bladder and having clipped/shaved the stomach area ready for the ultrasound scan. If the pet is not clipped/shaved, a small fee of £5 will be charged to clip/shave the area by the technician.
Animal Safety and Behavioyr
The safety of your animal and our Technician is absolutely paramount. If an animal exhibits aggression, extreme anxiety or behaviour that poses risk to itself or the Technician we reserve the right to immediately halt or cancel the procedure. In such cases you will remain responsible for the full cost of the booking and travel fees.
